4) Avoid staying home alone. often people become so engrossed in a relationship that when it is not there they do not know what to do with themselves. This makes the suffering even more worse. Try getting out and taking part in some social activities even though you may not feel like it. This will help you come to terms with things a bit more and to put things into perspective as well.
5) Be honest to yourself. Your relationship clearly becanas there was a connection on some level. Consider all the reasons you were attracted together in the first place and draw on those qualities again. Recognise that there are indeed many great and wonderful things in your life as it is.
It is not impossible to get your ex back so long as you wish to do so for the right reasons. If you are sure it is what you desire then be persistent, patient and caring, allow the original qualities that attracted you together originally shine through.
